DIMA MAKONDA (born 1986) was born in Moscow. An engineer by education, but called by the Tent of Ugar to be an artist by vocation. Drawing graffiti since 2010, he meets Vova Perkin, with whom he organizes the creative association Notre Utopie.
Flippancy and frivolity are inherent in the characters inhabiting the limbic territories of the artist’s world, often they prefer to wear masks, because their faces were lost in Ugar. In the near-tent territories, residents are doing sorts of crazy things, and Ugar arsenals keep devils know what.
